2. What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We prefer high-resolution PDFs, but also accept .ai, .psd, .eps, and .cdr files. Please ensure all fonts are outlined and images are embedded.
3. What is your typical lead time for production?
Lead time depends on the complexity and quantity of the project. On average, it ranges between 10–21 working days from approval of the final proof.
4. Can you handle bulk orders and recurring production?
Yes, we are fully equipped to manage both bulk and recurring orders with consistent quality and timely delivery.
5. Do you ship pan-India or internationally?
We ship across India and can also support export packaging needs. International shipping options are available based on your requirements.
